¡Hola! I'm Marc Antoni. I am a tech entrepreneur and early stage investor.
About me
Born and bred in Barcelona. Passionate about technology and entrepreneurship since '10. Launched my first startup during university, which was acquired in just two years.
In 2015 I Co-founded Novicap with the mission to empower European SMEs to grow. We scaled to 60 people and channelled over €1.5 billion in funding.
In 2021 my first daughter was born and I took a short break to focus on family. Since then, I’ve been building a holding company from the ground up. That’s where most of my energy goes today—especially into Kalma and Inoxtop. I also write at 3X and stay on the lookout for new companies to start or back.
I currently live in Barcelona with my wife and two daughters.

Novicap story
In 2015 I cofounded Novicap, the leading European Fintech focused on providing end-to-end working capital solutions.
We grew from 0 to 60 employees and from 0€ to more than 1B€ in funding for SMEs while supporting thousands of small business and corporates.
Teaching & Speaking
In the last few years I have been teaching the Novicap Case and sharing my entrepreneurship journey with undergraduate, MBA and executive MBA students from UPF and IESE Business School.
